[The Advanced Damping Device] comes in six types and two series for newly constructed buildings and reinforcement, which provide perfectly suited damping performance for various buildings. They can reverse up-down and left-right and there are 24 types of installation modes.
They flexibly respond to suit the pillar spacing, floor height and aperture of the buildings.

300 Series
This series consist of components that use an oil damper that has the damping force of 200~300kN. There are two types of oil dampers; KY530 with a 110mm stroke with a _177mm outer diameter and KY330 with a 80mm stroke with a _165mm outer diameter. The brace comes in a smart design and is thin with a_159mm outer diameter.
500 Series
This series consists of components that use an oil damper that has the damping force of 300~500kN. KY550 with 110mm stroke with a _177mm outer diameter is used in the main oil damper. The brace has a 190.7mm outer diameter and does not look intimidating even when used indoors.

Installation type
There are two installation methods; one is to set up one unit to either a newly constructed building or for the use in earthquake reinforcement. The second installation method is to set up *two units. The second installation method allows you to choose a unit where the oil damper is installed on the internal side depending on the position of the entrance/exit. The diagram on the left shows the device for earthquake reinforcement, but when it is installed in a newly constructed building the Advanced Damping Device is installed by attaching the connecting hardware to the corner of the pillar-beam or in the middle of the beam.
_In case of earthquake reinforcement, the 2-unit method of the 500 Series is not suitable as there would be too much stress on the building frame.
